Below are some of are common questions about orders

To make a purchase, simply browse our products and select the item you’d like to buy. Click “Add to Cart” to place it in your shopping bag. When you’re ready, go to your cart and click “Checkout.” Enter your shipping details and choose your preferred payment method. Finally, review your order, confirm your payment, and you’re all set!

You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.

Once you complete your purchase, you’ll receive an order confirmation email from Shobi Glow with your order number and details. This means your order has been successfully placed. If you don’t see the email within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder. You can also log in to your account to view your order status anytime.

Once your order has been placed, you can request a shipping address change by contacting our customer support team as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll be happy to update the address for you. However, if the package has already been dispatched, we won’t be able to modify the shipping details.

Shipping & Returns

Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges

We currently offer international shipping to many countries. When you place an order, you can select your country at checkout. Please note that any import duties or customs taxes for your destination country (such as Bangladesh) are your responsibility. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us and we will let you know if we can arrange shipping to you.

Orders are usually processed and shipped within a few business days after your purchase. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (or exchange), provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all seals intact. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team with your order number and reason for return. Once the return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method. Please note: sale or discounted items may be final sale and not eligible for return. You are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or damaged in transit).

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery and provide a photo. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

The delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Typically, orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and domestic shipments usually arrive within 5–10 business days.

For international orders, shipping can take 2–4 weeks depending on customs clearance and your country’s postal service. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.
