🕒 Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We currently ship domestically and select internationally. Shipping rates are calculated at check out.

🌍 International Shipping

  • Shobi Glow is not responsible for delays due to customs.


🚫 Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes (if applicable).

  • Certain products may be restricted from shipping internationally due to ingredient regulations.


📬 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided link.


🧴 Lost or Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at shobiglow7@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).

  • We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly—whether by reshipping or refunding your item.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
